Gave my 15 year old son lice. We were unsure where it came from so started calling around, they at least had the moral compass to admit they had “numerous” lice cases recently. They obviously do not clean their devices properly if at all. Will never be going back and will be telling absolutely everyone. They offered no refund for their negligence either. They will simply take your money AND give your children lice.
EDIT July 13: this is absolutely true my father called you to inquire as he was the one who took him to the salon, you confirmed “numerous” (your words) cases, he asked for a refund, you refused. We’ve called APH ourselves so since you apparently see them so regularly, you have another visit scheduled.
July 26 One more time for the people in the back: I’m not the one that needs to educate myself on disinfecting salon accessories as I am not the one who gave a young boy and numerous others lice. Your “salon” did that. Love how at the time of my original posting you called me a liar but when I mentioned my father calling you all of the sudden know what I’m talking about. Instead of arguing with people on google try training your staff properly and holding them to a higher standard. Stating something matter of factly is NOT defamation. You’re not a lawyer and certainly not much of a hairstylist either. I will not be removing this post or wasting my time responding to you any further. You gave my child lice, people need to be warned, end of story.

Jamie has been cutting my son‘s hair most of his life. She’s wonderful. She is patience. She knows what she’s doing and he’s always satisfied with his haircut and it’s not easy to satisfy a teen
