“I needed a nozzle for my grandma’s furnace, and Commercial Algoma Heating absolutely came through for me. I called first thing at 8:00 AM on Monday, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to track down the last nozzle they had in stock, which happened to be on one of their technician’s trucks. Huge lifesaver. When I went in to pay, Carol helped me out and she was amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great to talk to. We even got chatting about Finland, Norway, and our shared heritage, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend these guys.
