The two young men who attended to work on the furnace and the on-demand hot water system were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We learned lots from the visit. Excellent job.

I had an excellent experience with Reliance thanks to Scott. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. I really appreciated that my appointment was able to be moved up sooner than expected, which made a huge difference.
Scott quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend Reliance—especially Scott—to anyone looking for prompt, reliable, and high-quality service!
