After the body work was done, my roof rack leaked into the car.
Bad customer service, and if you try to confront them with a problem Frankie will push you out of the shop and threaten to hit you. Crazy, could not be more shocked and disappointed!

Brought my vehicle to Frankie’s twice and they didn’t fix either issue properly. I brought my truck in for a driver side wheel bearing and as soon as I left the shop we noticed the truck still wasn’t fixed. Brought the truck back 3 times and they kept telling me the vibration and noise was normal. Brought my truck to another shop for another issue and I find out Frankie’s over torqued the wheel bearing crushing it. Also brought my truck into Frankie’s for new plugs, left the shop and my truck had a miss worse then before it went to the shop. Brought it to a different shop and sure enough spark plugs weren’t gapped properly. They were suppose to be gapped at 3 and they were at a 5!! 2000$ in repairs down the drain because nothing was done properly. Don’t waste your time or money going to Frankie’s bring your vehicle else where to save yourself this same hassle.

Hit a pot hole, damaged front passenger tire. Tried to put my spare on, but for some reason the lug bolts were all loose. Every time we tried to put the tire on the bolts would get pushed into the brake system, or fall through. Corey arrived within 30 minutes, was very polite and took time and was very careful pulling my new car up onto the flatbed with only 3 tires. He did a fantastic job. Thanks Frankie, you have a good driver there.
