“I had an emergency situation whereas my meter box failed and I was left with no power. I called Phase 4 and they were here within 1/2 hour. They called the PUC to disconnect the line power and then they went to work. Two men worked their butts off for the next 4 hours and I had my power back on when they again contacted PUC to come and hook up the line.This was all done from about 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The 2 employees worked overtime to get my power restored again. Great response and service. Thank you“
