Seamless, top tier customer service from front of house manager Genny. Beautiful black+grey work from tattoo artist Craig. He's kind, respectful, thoughtful and professional. I've been gouged by heavy handed tattoo artists in the past and I'm impressed by Craig's light hand while working. His intuitive technique is well suited to more delicate skin. Will be booking future tattoo sessions asap.
I’ve been tattooed by everyone at the studio (Katrina, Lex, Craig and Ange). All excellent! Clean, friendly and fun to be around! Genny is welcoming and always smiling/laughing.
I’ve also been pierced by Ange several times (nostril, septum, helix, nipple). All very well explained (process and aftercare), and all healed perfectly.
Honestly- they all care. They want to make sure you get what you’re looking for and enjoy the experience getting it.
