I called first thing at 8:00 AM on Monday, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to track down the last nozzle they had in stock, which happened to be on one of their technician’s trucks. Huge lifesaver.
When I went in to pay, Carol helped me out and she was amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great to talk to. We even got chatting about Finland, Norway, and our shared heritage, which made the whole experience even better.

Called Jeff out of the blue for parts for my furnace. He gave me advice and info over the phone without spending a dime. He even offer a visit if I couldn’t get my furnace going. Ended up getting my furnace going with no parts purchased.Thank you for your advice Jeff. Good old fashion service can’t be beat.
