I needed a nozzle for my grandma’s furnace, and Commercial Algoma Heating absolutely came through for me. I called first thing at 8:00 AM on Monday, and the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to track down the last nozzle they had in stock, which happened to be on one of their technician’s trucks. Huge lifesaver. When I went in to pay, Carol helped me out and she was amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great to talk to. We even got chatting about Finland, Norway, and our shared heritage, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend these guys. Great people, great service, and they truly care about helping their customers.
The staff at Algoma helped me out of a real mess that another local heating company had put me in. Carol and Rita did there best to get our furnace looked at and repaired as quickly as they could. Technician Jeff was very helpful and honest about the repairs our furnace needed and got us up and running quickly, Through my past experiences with HVAC companies it can be very frustrating :but i strongly recommend this company if you need help and service work, David G
