Our technician Kevin was amazing. He was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and organized. He fixed both plumbing issues we had in a very timely manner and went over all the work he completed so we were aware of what he did. I was so relieved to finally have the ongoing plumbing issues resolved and because of Kevin, we can rest assured things are working as they should. Thank you Kevin… awesome job, you made our day!
Kevin did a fantastic job and was quick to fix the toilet issue. He came first thing in the morning which means I did not have to wait around all day for the appointment. Good start to what could have been a messy week. Thank you.
Alex was our technician and he was wonderful. He removed our old water heater and installed the new one in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. He set up an appt. for us to have our water tested and suggested having our tank drained every year.
