I recently had Saucier Plumbing install a new furnace, and I couldn't be happier with their work. The furnace took a little longer than expected to come in, but they kept me informed of the status. The guys that did the install were great – they arrived when they said they would, explained things as they went, and cleaned up well after the installation.

This has been the most friendliest kind and professional service I've ever received. From the time I called, Trina was the girl I spoke with, a friend recommended her and Saucier. It was a nice surprise to have someone so kind return my call so promptly. With my health issues, i had called on a holiday and was shocked to get a return phone call the next morning with a kind caring person that I now know, is Trina. Friday a crew from Saucier came and removed my 50 year old furnace and installed a Napoleon. John was amazing to deal with and his crew were fantastic. Pleasant, courteous and professional. Thanks Saucier.
