Pretty much perfect, they have online bookings for appointments, you can call in to schedule a virtual appointment with your doctor (hidden feature not on their site ?), when you arrive 15mins before your appointment time, you use a tablet to sign in with your health card, pick up a mask and disinfect your hands, all provided, and sit to wait your turn, and most of the time if you were on time, so is your appointment. Staff are friendly and to the point, just keep in mind they juggle multiple tasks at once so be patient and answer any questions they ask you simply.
Spent several years trying to find a family doctor; and to find a doctor that I was comfortable with. At last!
After 5 years of neglect and terrible communication and 3 doctors, a friend sent me a link for a clinic with a family physician that was accepting new patients. I was able to book a meet and greet very quickly.
Upon arrival I was quickly greeted and advised to use the iPad to check in. This is the first doctors office that I visited that uses technology to increase efficiency of their processes. First point of contact; I had to call the office 3 times to follow up to get my appointment booked. They lost my requisition from the hospital so I had to send my copy via email…
So finally got an appointment (4 month wait) booked at 7:45am but the place doesn’t open until 8:30am on the website or google… would be nice if they could clear this up at the time of scheduling to save confusion as they don’t answer the phone much.
The reception lady wasn’t friendly on the day of my appointment.
Facility was clean!
