I was in a rush on a Saturday afternoon and took a chance with James's laptop repair shop.

He communicated to me what he thought was the problem after taking a quick look at the laptop. 3 hours later -- he texted me and said it would be ready to pick up in a few days.

I really appreciated the prompt updates and the honest communication. And will definitely go see James if I have any laptop issues again.
