I observed that the nail technicians are very warm and friendly, receptionist is professional, welcoming and friendly as well. I had a great experience there and will be going back. The nail salon itself was light, airy, large and clean. I believe they had the competency to do all sort of nail designs. Citi was my technician and she's very friendly and smiles a lot.
I had a wonderful experience with Kate for my pedicure service. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel really comfortable from start to finish. Kate paid great attention to detail, and the final result looked amazing — my nails were perfectly done, and my feet felt incredibly refreshed and cared for.
Kate has a very friendly attitude and the service was relaxing, clean, and never rushed. Excellent customer service.
