I went to the clinic a few weeks ago. I waited for an hour, and then an employee called out my first name, and another woman with the same first name who was waiting stood up and took my place. When I mentioned it to the one of the employees, they did not correct things, but asked me to wait another 15 minutes while letting the other woman take my place.
They need to call out full names, and correct mistakes when they have made them.

Have been referred to Dr Raman 3 times now for skin issues. Each time the staff and Dr Raman were excellent. He takes the time to look, advise the best method and fully discloses cost as OHIP often does not cover it. The facility is spotless and convenient. No hesitation in recommending Dr Raman.

I read some reviews and was a bit hesitant in going with this clinic as some people either said the wait time was long or the doctors weren’t friendly. I saw Dr. Prabhakar and he was knowledgeable and quick with my session. He explained to me what I had and I got it removed and was in and out within 30mins.
