My HP desktop had some major issues and wouldn't run properly. I called to book an appointment and Amir came to my home within 48 hours. He did a full diagnostic and clean up, and after he was finished he walked me through all the issues he found, the work he did to fix it, and recommendations for future. I was very impressed; he is very skilled and professional. After this, I asked him to review my MSI laptop that was having audio issues. He determined it was not repairable for a reasonable price, so he wrote me a letter to submit to Visa for an insurance/warranty claim. Thanks to Amir's helpful letter, Visa issued me a full refund of $1200+ to replace my laptop. Thanks so much for all your help.
