I called Suburban to fix my furnice and I was not impressed at all. The owner was fast to respond. He showed up at my door to restart the furnice and I appreciated that but the next day he sent two guys as subcontractor to fix it. When I asked them how much it would cost they said it depends. One of the subcontractors stunk like booze at 11:30am! They worked on my furnice for one and half hours and they charged me for over 4 hours! Talk about a ripoff! When I asked the owner why its so much he said thats the cost! If you don't want to get ripped off go elsewhere.
