I am new customer of Richmond Hill Sprinklers. I use other company before that was just ok.
Bought a house with completely broken sprinkler system. Remember seeing their van in the area, plus saw a lot of good review so I decided to give them a call.
Al came out quickly to assess the problem, gave me initial report / quote to fix the issue. Be very clear it is what he can see so far, may find more problem once he dig in.
Along the progress, Al is very transparent and keep good communication. Keep me up-to-date along the way. Make many visit to fix issue, re-assess, ask me for approval, continue fixing and communicate.
Very happy with the work his team done. Keep the site very clean.

Amazing service

We used Richmond Hill Sprinklers to drain & winterized our in ground sprinkler system. Ted from RH Sprinkler came over to do the job. He was very prompt, accommodative to our schedule & did a clean & through job. Will recommend their services to anyone and definitely we will be a replete customer.

Allan and his team have been very helpful with re-routing and fixing our sprinkler system during our landscaping. They have come very promptly on short notice multiple times as the project went forward, despite being busy with winterizing sprinklers. Specifically they have a good attention to detail and take care not cause any damage to existing structures while working. Thank you!
