We made two changes mid‑project (upgrading tile and adding under‑cabinet lighting). RenoEthics sent change orders in writing with costs and updated schedule before doing the work. No surprise charges on the final invoice.
Our Barrie main‑floor reno was quoted at 7–8 weeks. They started on the exact date, hit rough‑in and inspection milestones when they said they would, and finished in just under 8 weeks, even after we added a feature wall.
In design, RenoEthics drew three layout options and walked us through pros/cons: more storage vs bigger island vs keeping costs down. We chose the mid‑priced option knowing exactly what we were trading off.
