I was so nervous the first time I came here over a year ago. Mainly because I hate trying new nail places. And I could no longer go to my other nail salon. But this place turned out great. I personally have never had a problem and everyone is kind and generous. They even offer you refreshments. Have a frequent customer card you can get stamped after every visit.

I think as being a business owner a good rule of thumb is to try and be consistent with their customer service. Also, it speaks volumes when the owner gets defensive rather than offer a solution.
