Today ( Dec 27th 2025)my dog had a grooming appointment with Amir at PetSmart Hightech, and I am extremely satisfied with his work. Amir was very professional, patient, and attentive, and he handled my dog with great care and kindness. The grooming was done thoroughly and beautifully, and the final result was clean, neat, and exactly what I was hoping for. The overall experience was very positive, and it’s clear that Amir truly takes pride in his work. I would definitely come back and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great groomer.

This is the 3rd time that I brought my dog Tokio to grooming service at Richmond hill location. I want to say thank you again to Rita the groomer, she has been taking care of my dog on all this opportunities with a very professional and caring process.
I know the grooming process for my dog usually takes time and Rita always does an amazing job; the communication from her side is always properly, she asks before and after the process and give us some recommendations to how to continue taking care of my pet’s hair.
