I had a purse with a zipper that broke. Upon looking at the purse the man in the shop told me it's just the tab part and not the whole zipper. All he needed to do was replace the tab. This assessment told me two things: he knows what he's doing and what needs fixing and he only fixes what needs to be done. No upsell just great service. Highly recommend.

I am so happy with the work done on my favourite cowboy boots! Other places gave me estimates upwards of $200, but he only charged $75 for both the recoloring and resoling. I was initially a bit worried because it seemed too inexpensive, but he has 40 years of experience so I trusted him. I also wanted the boots within 3 days and he did it with no extra rush fee.
The recolouring is beautiful. You can tell he took the time to match it, which is impressive since my boots are mahogany-coloured which can be difficult to match. The resoling is sturdy.
