I had a purse with a zipper that broke. Upon looking at the purse the man in the shop told me it's just the tab part and not the whole zipper. All he needed to do was replace the tab. This assessment told me two things: he knows what he's doing and what needs fixing and he only fixes what needs to be done. No upsell just great service. Highly recommend.
