In addition, the nail polish was reapplied during the appointment but became damaged very shortly after I left the salon.
When I contacted the business, I was told they do not offer refunds. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service or how the situation was handled. i called and messaged several times no respond Some businesses assume that if they provide poor-quality service and dismiss a customer’s concerns, the customer will eventually give up and move on.
I’m not that customer.
When I pay for a service, I expect it to be done properly and professionally. If there is a problem, I expect accountability and a reasonable effort to resolve it.
Ignoring messages and refusing to address legitimate concerns does not make the issue disappear. Consumers have the right to speak up, leave honest reviews, and pursue appropriate channels to seek a fair resolution.

Had an excellent at Nail Shine Beauty Bar with Sonia and Yan for my manicure & pedicure. They were both very professional and completed the service with great efficiency! Overall, I'm very pleased with the level of service that is provided to the clients, and I value the timeliness and thoroughness that is used to ensure that every experience is a good one. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

I went in today hoping for a relaxing pedicure and to feel better, but I left feeling extremely upset and close to tears. A small part of my big toenail was broken, and I simply asked if it could be reinforced with powder or laminate before applying gel polish — not to add length, just to fix the break.
Instead of explaining things calmly, the technician Monica yelled at me and became visibly irritated while insisting I needed a nail tip. Her behavior was aggressive, unkind, and completely unprofessional.
I have had this type of nail repair done many times at other salons. Being treated this way was shocking and emotionally upsetting. The service even resulted in my toe bleeding, which should never happen during a pedicure.
I came in to take care of myself and left feeling worse. I will not be returning.
