My mom went to this salon recently to get her hair coloured and cut. She has come here before and liked her hair, but this time she went, she had a horrible experience. She asked for copper coloured highlights but instead got copper plus some purple streaks as well. The hairdresser also cut her hair a lot shorter than she wanted. When she told her she wasn’t happy with the cut, the hairdresser kept repeating to her not to complain…. My mom paid full price for something she was not happy with. Very disappointed, not only in the service but in the response of the hairdresser itself.
