Dr Benny Lau and his team are wonderfully patient and kind. I had been suffering from severe pain in my heel and a persistent neck problem that made daily life miserable. Other clinicians had been dismissive, but Dr Lau was different. His treatment plan was spot-on – for the first time in many months, I felt real relief. I am truly grateful!

With more doctors available at the clinic, waiting times have significantly improved. I’ve been experiencing hand pain from excessive phone and computer use. Dr. Sheerah is highly skilled in acupuncture and chiropractic treatment to alleviate my pain.

Dr is very good but the management is terrible. I already know from past experience that even if you have appointment you need to wait at least 1hr or even longer to see the doctor. I cannot afford to wait and take that much time off work so I always book 1st appointment of the day. I booked an appointment 2 months in advance. Yesterday I got confirmation text that my appointment is 10:00 am, when I got to clinic door was locked. Waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I called and left voice messages but no response yet. I couldn’t wait any longer because I have to get back to work and only set aside around 1 and a half hour. Very unfortunate but I will need to find another doctor who has better management. The doctor is very good at what he does but I just cannot set aside an entire day for a chiropractor appointment, fine if I am not a working person and just retired and have time on my hands but if you’re a working person it is tough to work around unpredictable schedule.

The business hours on Google start at 11 o'clock. I didn't open the door until 11:32, and no one answered the phone. If I could not give it a star, I would give it zero.

Very bad service to arrange the appointment time , every time need to wait for an hour before sit in to meet up with Doctor. Only suggest you have whole day for them …. Coz you won’t know when you can have your service done.

Benny is one of the kindest chiropractors I've met and he always takes the time to explain what is the issue and what he is about to so before he does it.Chiro isn't an exact science so it's not like all your problems are gonna go away, but it definitely helps and it's good to have a caring doctor look after you. I just wish the practice wasn't so busy that a half an hour total treatment ends up turning into a 90 minute total time spent there though. So protip: make sure your phone is charged :)

I went to see Dr.Bemny Lau for carpo tunnel to avoid surgery.After 6 months session.I did not have the surgery.I still went to my appointment for the surgeon.She did an assessment and said its minor,no surgery required.to add to dr.lau he also help with my shoulder and foot ailments.He is very thorough.

Dr Benny Lau is an extremely professional Chiropractor, he spends lots of time to diagnose and explain the issue to his patient. He performs treatments such as massage and adjustments with care and patience , I walked out of the clinic with an understanding of my issue and knowledge of how to prevent future recurrence. I feel much better after my treatment. I have seen other chiropractors before but no one can compare to Dr Lau, he takes pride in his job and takes good care of his patients.
