“Awful quality and old products. I've been doing my nails for over a decade and they have never broken or come off before 3-4 weeks. I came here as it was close and convenient to do a bio gel set before vacation. 3 nails broke off by day 2, and all my nails continued breaking off and snapping every day at the exact same spot. When I came back from vacation I called them to let them know and they said they can't do anything as I "peeled" off my nails (they were all broken so I took off the broken parts left) and because I didn't come in right away... I told them I was in another country and regardless nails shouldn't break off by themselves within less than a week of having them done and they refused to do anything for me. I WOULD NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. My regular salon would fix and apologize immediately if their products were faulty or their nail person did a bad job. This picture was taken within 48 hours of having them done. Cheaper to get Walmart press ons... Even those stay on for about a week.“
