Ellen is absolutely amazing! Her haircuts, color, and all other services are always top-notch. My teenage girls refuse to go to anyone else because Ellen consistently does such an incredible job — she just gets their style and brings out the best in their hair every time.
Beyond her talent, Ellen is also incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She takes the time to listen, offers great advice, and makes every appointment a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We always walk out feeling confident and refreshed.

I was so afraid and anxious before visiting here but Ellen is a gem. I got my wax done here. The appointment was on time. She made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. She is really good at what she does and thanks to her technique, it wasn't as painful as i was expecting and she really got each and every hair even the tiny ones. She used high quality wax and opened a new box for me and used disposable spatulas on sensitive areas of my body to eliminate the risk of infection. The whole place was very clean.
