I’ve been to a ton of places for glasses fittings and never had them sit right, but they just knew what was off without me even saying anything. You can tell they’re seasoned with the level of precision they put into tweaking the fit and balance of the frame until it fit just right.
I’ve had representatives from others eyewear realtors literally roll their eyes at me when describing what I’m looking for and get super impatient. You can tell within a few minutes of entering the store that their goal isn’t to make a sale for the sake of it, but ensuring their clients get the best fit and eyewear piece for their needs.

We got glasses and contacts from this optical store last year for my kids and my wife. Excellent people to deal with. Very friendly husband and wife team and treated us with a personal touch. Went back this year to order more glasses for myself and my family. They dealt with our insurance directly and does in-house eye exams on Saturdays which made it very convenient.
I had a very poor experience with another optical place in RH previously so I am glad to have found this couple. Highly recommend.
Always came through. They are always helpful and extremely professional and they always go above and beyond to gave their customers a good service. Old school service is really hard to find now and I am really happy I came across this business.
