Optical Shop of Richmond Hill

I’ve never written a Google review before, except when someone asked, but this time it’s truly different. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional—genuine, attentive, and above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I felt so valued and taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough—truly the best! Came for some maintenance and fixing and definitely will be buying from them everything from now on

I have been a client here for over 20 years. The staff and owner are amazing and feel like family. Anything you need they will do their best to provide. I always look forward to visiting.

I’ve been going to see Patrick since the age of 15 and now … in my 50’s. That says a lot about the service & product choices here. Amazing owner and employees have me coming back yearly!
