Do not use this company! The fan on the heat pump that was installed broke within a month. The 24 service is a lie - calling all their numbers for days, we finally got them to send a technician to look at the broken machine. They finally sent a technician who has no idea how to fix the machine. Promised to send another technician after the first who apparently will still not be able to fix the machine, they are just going to come here and call the manufacturer. We are just supposed to sit here in the scorching heat waiting for them to call the manufacturer who refuses to take their calls. The 24 hr service is an absolute lie. The units they sell are faulty. This company is a scam!

The company installed a Lennox 7000 btu furnace in my townhouse 2 1/2 years ago and the blowers stopped working. I thought the system is suppose to last a lot longer than that. They agree to fix the problem for me but the parts might arrive 4 weeks later . At the mean time, my house is without air conditioning and heating.Am I unlucky or the company is selling sub standard equipment?

My experience with Constant Home Comfort is a totally nightmare. I sign a contract to install a heat pump in my home at July 12 2023. This company sign contract with custom then subcontract out the installation to other. The installer only pursuer less martial and quick time, they do not follow necessary procedures to make good job quality. When they do welding the copper pipe, they do not use nitrogen to prevent oxidation inside pipe, which can cause plug inside the system. After welding, they did not use nitrogen to do pressure test. Because they horrible skill, the welding connector exploded under pressure. I just stay besides cleaning the floor. The high-pressure coolant shot to face, cause my both eyes swollen, right eye vision damage, right face frozen burn. My basement full of Freon and compress oil. They even ask me offer towel to clean. After this accident happened, the installer attitude make me even angry. They shout at me, said it is my fault going to my basement clean floor before them complete job. In addition, they told me their insurance not cover me. After they left, I found my basement is flood by condensate water, it is cause by them install drainpipe above drain pan, so condensate water all going into my furnace. I complain this accident to Constant Home Comfort. They totally ignore me.
