    Anyone else get the Boxing Day $35 phone plan? Got charged $62, apparently there’s a one time $10 fee as well as not getting the $10 discount for pre authorization cause Best Buy asked for credit card, not banking info. Changed to my banking info so next bill should have the $10 discount. Knew this deal wouldn’t be without headache (plus the 3 hour wait), at least they hit their sign up goal, right?

    I had a great experience at Best Buy today! Greg was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed. He was patient, and the whole team at this store is friendly and ready to help. Thank you guys!

    Their customer service is very poor. The staff lack proper knowledge about the products, and whenever you ask a question, they have to search on Google for the answers. I could do that myself!!

    They also never have any bags available, even to purchase.

    This level of service is really disappointing for a store of this size.
