I purchased a Frigidaire upright freezer in 2024 and had the door swing reversed by the retailer prior to delivery. In November 2025, my freezer door would no longer remain closed (we used painters tape to seal the door shut). I went to the Electrolux Canada website and saw that I could make a service appointment through them.

Electrolux forwarded my service request to Bayview Home Appliance Centre and I was able to schedule a home visit online within 7 days.

Bayview Home Appliance Center was even able to narrow the service window from 5 hours to 2 hours making it easier to schedule my day around the visit.

First let me say thank you a million times to Adrian. Adrian came out to check a fridge I bought which was delivered with no working light inside the fridge. I believe in excellent, top notch customer service and Adrian performance was exactly that. He is knowledgeable, explained and demonstrated so I could under stand the problem. He returned to replace the light and he not only took care of the initial problem, he checked the entire fridge to make sure everything was working properly, showed me how the fridge should be positioned, what to do annually to maintain the rubber around the fridge door. Wonderful service at our convenience. Larry was a friendly technician who helped us out and knew exactly what to do with the machine. It now works perfectly, and he gave great advice to prevent any future issues.
