We recently purchased an air conditioner from McCrea’s Climate Care and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Will, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our purchase. The technicians were also fantastic: professional, friendly, and left everything spotless after installation. A wholly positive experience with this service provider. Office staff, the consultant and the installers were all very prompt, polite and professional. Issues and options were delineated clearly and the install was done tidily and expertly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
