We recently purchased an air conditioner from McCrea’s Climate Care and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Will, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our purchase. The technicians were also fantastic: professional, friendly, and left everything spotless after installation. I had a very positive experience with McCrea's with special thank you to Will. My home presented some complexities, including air quality concerns and several areas that required careful review and follow-up. Because of the nature of the issues, multiple visits were needed to properly investigate, address, and remediate the problems.
Throughout the entire process, McCrea's was excellent to deal with.
