Jerry came to a prospective home we were giving thought to purchasing. He did one of the most comprehensive and thorough home inspections that I have ever seen. Not only did he give great details about what he found but he also had photos to back up everything in his summary. I really appreciated the depth of Gerard’s knowledge gained from his many varied professions within the construction industry. He shared his expertise so readily during the inspection and afterward. He was so thorough and went well above and beyond any expectations. I am very, very grateful and because of the information around an issue he identified there was a further in depth investigating, which saved me money and stress. The real estate agent was also impressed and has added part of his investigation to her processes.
