An absolute pleasure to work with. I have a good action plan for my older house. I learn so much every time they spoke with me. I wish I could just keep that knowledge in my back pocket! They had to do some digging to get to my septic, erring on the side of caution to let me know what sort of problems I'd be getting myself into. 10/10 highly recommended.

Jerry did an exceptional job with the inspection. He was very thorough and went over every little thing along with an explanation. Was able to meet our timeline and went beyond expectation. He also provided us with the report with pictures less than 24 hours later and was very reasonably priced! Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a inspector! Will definitely be using his services for any further inspections!

Not only did he give great details about what he found but he also had photos to back up everything in his summary.
