“Trust is a fragile thing. Earned over time, or lost in an instant. When one has issues that can interfere with day to day life, it can be difficult or even impossible to keep an appointment. Such is our case. My wife has bad days and worse days. She doesn't have good days anymore. Her pain level is way too high. When we wake on our assigned day, a conscious decision must be made.
