Had my transmission blow on me on the 401 coming home, My warranty company tells me the replacement is covered and to my surprise JC automotive is my warranty’s To-Go place for PEC!
I sent my car over by tow, week by week I received phone calls from the lovely staff at JC Auto giving constant updates and assurance my car will be good as new
My warranty company even tried to squeeze a few extra hundred bucks outta me but the shop didn’t even let them get close!
I now have my car back after a long awaited period of time and I can say I’m very happy with how it turned out.
I 1000% recommend JC automotive. Great work. Great people.

This place is great!
I didnt catch anyone's name but I was sent here after a local tire shop damaged my car. JC Automotive fixed my car right away even though they were extremely busy. They took the time to show me what was damaged and what needed to be fixed.
They took the time to explain everything to me and reassure me they would fix the problem.
When I left the tire shop that damaged my car, the language barrier was so bad that I barely knew where I was supposed to take my vehicle. I was full of anxiety that it was going to be and expensive fix and I would be stuck paying the bill. I was barely given an... read full review

Recently had a safety done by JC Auto for a vehicle I was looking at purchasing. They went out of their way to fit in my vehicle for a pre-safety on short notice so that I could decide whether or not this was a vehicle I wanted to buy. The receptionists gave me a detailed breakdown of the repairs required and I was on the road just two days later. Highly recommend these folks, they clearly prioritize customer experience!!
