I didnt catch anyone's name but I was sent here after a local tire shop damaged my car. JC Automotive fixed my car right away even though they were extremely busy. They took the time to show me what was damaged and what needed to be fixed.
They took the time to explain everything to me and reassure me they would fix the problem.
When I left the tire shop that damaged my car, the language barrier was so bad that I barely knew where I was supposed to take my vehicle. I was full of anxiety that it was going to be and expensive fix and I would be stuck paying the bill. I was barely given an explanation for anything that was happening.
I was so stressed out but the front desk at JC Automotive was patient and answered all of my questions. They billed the tire shop and sent me on my way.
Im going to book in advance next time and go to JC Automitive for my next tire change!
