We love our tiny home! Payam and Lee are fantastic designers and excellent craftsmen. We both really liked the original P01 model design, and decided to go with a few modifications in the heating system and exterior aesthetic. Instead of propane heating, we went with a split unit and in floor heating system, since we were mostly going on grid, but Payam and Lee were also able to fit the home with vents and propane lines in case we ever transition to an off grid set up where energy consumption would have to be minimized. They were kind, competent and willing to work with us to customize the build to our specific needs.
