I brought my labradoodle in for a groom, a first time at PrimElla, and I would certainly bring him back. When I went to pick him up, he seemed calmer than his usual “get me outta here” type behaviour which means a lot to me! Not having him in a crate or having any other pets around helped him feel more comfortable and at ease. I would certainly bring Hank back. Melissa is great. She groomed him as I had requested and she was friendly. Def a great experience for both Hank and I. Thank you much!!!

Staff is friendly and accommodating, after a unfortunate incident they had to cancel our appointment, but they worked on Good Friday to help us out. Knowing our Maui needed his grooming. Thanks amazing !!
