I made an appointment online to do a balyage with Sophia, which by the way the online process was very quick, easy and straight forward. When I walked into the salon, I was greeted by a lady at the front desk and she directed me to Sophia who was ready and prepared for what was going to be a lengthy process. Sophia asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and also made some suggestions about what was currently trendy and once she understood my goal she informed me of the pricing and just got right to it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got face-framing layers done by Sophie today and couldn’t be happier! I showed her a photo for inspiration and trusted her suggestions, and she absolutely nailed it. Her technique was flawless. The salon had a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and Sophie made the whole experience enjoyable. She also shared great styling tips, product recommendations, and hair care advice. Highly recommend her—10/10, I’ll definitely be coming back!
