They replaced my carpet for the stairs. Good job done. The sale man Jack is great. He came to my house several times to show me the samples, making sure I got what I wanted. I didn’t give 5 star rating because there was little surprise during the installation. I ended up getting involved in fixing the squeaking floor/steps myself. Not every customer will be able to do the same.

We used The Floor Fashion Centre for our main floor and upstairs flooring. They did our floor tiles, backsplash, vinyl plank and carpet. Everything looks great. We are super happy. Chris and all the crew was great to work with.

Absolutely loved the experience! Met with Chris this morning to pick out flooring and shower materials for my entire house, and the service was quick, to the point, and very thorough. Chris even spent the time to show me the shower shelving that was available. It's was refreshing to deal with a sales consultant that was experienced, courteous and patient. Thank you, Chris, for the pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend the Fashion Floor Centre for any flooring needs!
