I like the fact that they have a live camera, and you are able to see the dogs interaction and they mingle them with the same size dogs. There are staff who are supervising them. My dog went there for the first time and I will bring him to the daycare for a good day of fun and to socialize with the other pups.

We have been sending our 8-month old puppy to Tails Time for a few weeks, our experience so far has been excellent. The drops-offs and pick-ups are seamless. The staff is polite and friendly, never failing to compliment our pup's crazy energy! Access to the live camera feed is great which lets us watch our puppy being his goofy self, making new friends each day. We are grateful for the peace of mind knowing our puppy is well taken care of at Tails Time :)

Went for a meet and greet today for my puppy. Left him there for two hours. I was watching him the whole time on the live stream. I love that feature. He was nervous at first but I watched as he became friends with other pups. I loved that he had social time. Unfortunately he was put into a create at one point, which I know will happen from time to time but he was in the create for 45mins. I was watching the whole time. Like I said, I know they need to be created at times but why pay to create him when I can do that at home. I was told it was a mix up with timing with staff. Didn't give me much confidence.
