I contacted Hugh and he not only got to the root of the problem, but he took the time to explain everything to me so I understood how to rectify it in the future. Just before the party started, the lights went out while we were trying to plug in the popcorn machine, but bc Hugh took the time to explain what to do in that situation, I was able to easily fix it and we were all good.
