We wanted to update our family room fireplace area and add built in cupboards and shelving on either side of the new fireplace for some much needed storage. Kris put us in contact with a cabinet maker while he removed the old mantle and built a floor to ceiling fireplace mantle box. Between Kris and Justin, our project was completed well and on time. While there were some issues with a supplier, Kris handled this with the utmost care and professionalism to ensure our project was not compromised. “I reached out to Top Level Construction to update a small 3 piece bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They exhibit every good quality you could ask for in a contractor, and then some.
From the get-go, Ian returned my initial phone call within minutes. That excellent level of prompt and transparent communication continued throughout the job, coupled with regular updates. The tradespeople were meticulous and artful at their craft. Everyone showed up if, and when they said they would. Any minor issue, which is inevitable with any reno, was acknowledged, and a solution was quickly and smoothly worked out. Everyone was professional, yet friendly and I never felt uncomfortable having them in my home. The finished product came together beautifully. Last but not least the job was finished on time, and on budget.
I have already highly recommended TLC to many people, and am looking forward to working with them on future projects.
