“I use the Lakefield location. As a 66 yo, once a week ex-GoodLife user, I found it too much gym at $70/month. I'm now paying <$50/month with a simple, no obligation payment system. The facility is adequate, sized and equipped comparable to a decent resort "fitness centre". My only complaint is toe hooks on the general purpose weight benches. It makes launching heavier dumbbells very difficult. All-in-all, it's what I need.“
