This was hands down the hardest appointment Ive ever had to make. Im still devastated by losing my cat Harry however, the people at Sherbrooke Heights were incredible. I think i called 3 or 4 times and each time Heather had nothing but patience and kindness. When the day came I was met by everyone with the same level of patience, care and kindness, i was given time and space and information to move forward with the appointment, the staff supported me and while it was one of the worst days of my life, it was made survivable by the wonderful people at Sherbrooke Heights.
We would like to thank all of the staff at Sherbrooke Heights Animal Hospital. Our family went through one of the hardest decisions regarding our beloved Walter, and the staff were truly amazing. They were kind, compassionate, and took the time to talk us through the entire process while offering love and support throughout.
