“I am from out of town (actually from another country) and I am visiting with relatives this side of Ontario. I did some research on Google and selected Michael at Dexterity soley based on the reviews. Billy also enjoyed excellent reviews.I made an appointment prior to arriving in the country and that experience was seamless.I arrived for my appointment a few minutes before time today and Michael was ready to accommodate me. He is an extremely personable individual and easy of manner. He possesses all the ingredients for a good customer experience. He listened patiently to my instructions, made a few informed suggestions and then executed with precision. I am totally satisfied with the end result and will certainly go to Dexterity again whenever I visit the Peterborough area. “I have been seeing Lori (the owner) for 4/5 years now. She has by far the most competitive prices throughout all of peterborough … even to past Toronto, you won’t find better. More than this, Lori is the most talented and passionate hair stylist I have ever had to do my hair. I’ve had her do a full head of highlights, lowlights, she’s done it all blonde, all brown … and more. I also get my hair cut from her and my eyebrows waxed. Every time I leave her salon I’m incredibly happy with the way my hair looks. Her talent is truly unmatched. Though I have yet to experience service from her employees, I know Lori would only hire stylists who are just as talented and passionate as she is!! I would trust my hair with any one in her salon.
