Never in my life thought I'd attend a hot yoga class, let alone love it so much that I ended up getting a membership! What a wonderful space :) I know nothing about yoga and attended a community class for beginners. It was so much fun, the instructor was clear with the instructions and everyone is so in their own element that I didn't get any of that 'being judged' feeling I was scared of. The way it's set up, going alone isn't awkward! I'm really excited to start attending regularly.

The teachers are great… holistically minded, patient, kind- and I love the ambiance. It really feels like sharing a piece of your practice with the collective for that hour of class. I go for both yoga and mat Pilates and I really enjoy both. I’ve had the chance to experience different styles of yoga, which has been fun. Sometimes there are other specialty pop-ups like acroyoga, barre etc.
The amenities are pretty good- i.e. towel service, spare hair ties, hair dryer etc. You can come in and have a curated cup of tea before class, too. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this studio (and have done so).

I started at Peak coming as a guest and I loved it. I ended up getting a two week unlimited pass and went almost everyday. I love the heat, the instructors, and the variety of classes that Peak has to offer!
