Gone to his place twice.
1st time, he diagnosed it within the same day, and replaced the part with a new one within the same day it was given to him.
2nd time, diagnosed within the same day, couldn't be done entirely due to a time crunch (on my part, not his). However, he found the culprit and explained what should be done next when I go to the next guy.
He did not give me an invoice for this because he believes he shouldn't charge anyone if it is given back in the same state.
10/10 would recommend this guy.

I have a partially ruptured achillies tendon, lucky for me I ran into Victoria at a community event and she got me on her treatment table.
She asked all the right questions and got down to pealing open the first layer of my mobility issues. It was shocking to stand up after her intervention and be able to move in ways I haven't been able to for years. Victoria was up front and explained today was a good first step on the road to healing. I am booking in to see her again next week. Should have done this long ago....

Feb 4 2026 was our first ever interaction with these awesome people. Our Truck broke down just outside Petawawa (blew up the air dryer I believe), and I found Bowers through a Google search. I called them, and even though they were really busy they arrived at our truck within about 20 minutes, diagnosed and removed the failed part, then drove about 30 minutes each way to get the new part, came back to our truck and had us up and running again in a very reasonable period of time.
They are VERY fair in their pricing, were really friendly and professional on the phone, and even called to let me know they were done, then called again when the bill was ready.
I handle almost all of our company's OTR repairs, so when I find a shop THIS GOOD I literally can't wait to write a Google Review for them.
I will definitely use them again.

Right from the start the Paramount team put us at ease with what we thought would be a complicated, custom design kitchen. All steps through the design process were explained in detail. Clarence produced several 3 dimensional design concepts and with that we were able to pick the kitchen we wanted. Joanne was very helpful with cabinet drawers, doors and fronts. Also she was able to refine colour choices for cabinetry and counter tops. We feel with their input we have a state of the art current kitchen.
When it came time for install, the kitchen was completed head of schedule. We were very impressed with the skill level and quality of work demonstrated by their trades people. All and all very stress free and impressive process.
