I attended the office early May and was greeted by Gale. She was so kind and helpful. She took the time to walk me through a specific process. She treated me with great respect and I am grateful for my experience at the office. Thank you!

Gale was amazing twice in assisting. Once over the phone with me and in person when I arrived in Petawawa for assistance. A complete asset to the team there. Overall I found everyone to be nice and professional as well. Thank you Gale for all your help, you were awesome! -Scott from St Margarets

Today I was accompanied by Gale via telephone to help me locate the office on base. As a non resident of the base, it is extremely difficult to navigate yourself without the help of an expert. I am thankful that Gale took the time to re-direct me to the correct office, she even went the extra mile to greet me outside. I am extremely grateful that Gale is definitely helpful and very accommodating. Good service is extremely rare nowadays but today, Gale definitely proved herself! Thank you so much.
